When you see over 1,200 miles worth of the surface? Yes, you would absolutely see curve.

Imagine if we put P900/1,000’s w/infrared lenses attached, onto a high altitude balloon. Sent it up 120,000 feet. How far would we see then?

With 2,000+ miles of observable flat earth. That is pushing 1/10th of The Entire Earth’s circumference. Yes. There has to be an observable curve, given that amount of distance.
