2019-06-05 20:40:13 UTC

Does it work with milk?

2019-06-05 20:40:25 UTC

That would be impressive

i’m flabbergasted

2019-06-05 20:44:23 UTC

@🍄The Mad Philosopher🍄 check the discription,
difference is the light source
but i thought wiki agreed that the moon reflected sun light, ?

2019-06-05 20:44:42 UTC

ok so i have a question

2019-06-05 20:44:48 UTC

technically, the light source is still the same.

2019-06-05 20:45:13 UTC

if the earth is flat, does that mean the moon and sun are, too?

2019-06-05 20:48:32 UTC

Back when I was a glober, I think a question like that would either be stupid, or trolling. Because it is.

2019-06-05 20:48:44 UTC

so now the question is can you make a rainbow with "reflected" sun light from a solid object which is made out of petrified wood ? (moon stone) https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/science/space/6105902/Moon-rock-given-to-Holland-by-Neil-Armstrong-and-Buzz-Aldrin-is-fake.html

2019-06-05 20:50:17 UTC

you'd need a super reflective surface...

2019-06-05 20:50:38 UTC

is the moon a super reflective surface ?

2019-06-05 20:50:50 UTC

yes, from that distance.

2019-06-05 20:51:20 UTC

so the color of the moon itself is pure white ? perfectly balanced ?

2019-06-05 20:52:10 UTC

the glow you're getting from the moon is reflected sunlight, so...

2019-06-05 20:52:15 UTC

cause it creates a perfect rainbow

2019-06-05 20:53:08 UTC

any little coloration would taint the light and well that would influence the rainbow if it can still be made ?

2019-06-05 20:54:01 UTC

as far as I know, the surface color is gray, but that's based on photos.

2019-06-05 20:54:15 UTC

Images*

2019-06-05 20:54:21 UTC

haha yes, based on images.

2019-06-05 20:55:13 UTC

and I believe i've looked at the moon though a telescope a long time ago, too, and it appeared gray.

2019-06-05 20:55:32 UTC

It may.

2019-06-05 20:56:24 UTC

i seen yellow moons red moons blue moons a lot of colors

2019-06-05 20:56:47 UTC

Is there an experiment we can do where we reflect sunlight off a surface, and produce cold light? Because apparently that’s what the moon is emitting. Cold light.

2019-06-05 20:57:24 UTC

cold light?

2019-06-05 20:57:27 UTC

thats not a thing
