once you learn the deceivers lies, your first reaction will be anger, and stress, and fear. Learning the truth without meditation will just lead to further killing yourself. Their only true power is the emotions they make you feel.
ok
they know me so they try to scare me every day, I just smile at them. Nature itself comforts me, meditation is a beautiful experience
Are you christian?

Yes, though it angers some. Jesus was a duality, as are all things. His life was a metaphor for meditation, so by unlocking His mind whilst simultaneously symbolizing what He did through physical actions, He conquered the physical and the spiritual.
even now, a crow sits over one shoulder, and a songbird the other. Always angels and demons, battling for my vessel
now they’re fighting
and like usual, the songbird wins. Gandalf the green attracts the crows instead, the songbirds usually win around me, it has to do with what emotions you allow into your heart. An internal spiritual battle with physical consequences
when i had anxiety, and fear, and sorrow, and succumbed to temptation, the crows dominated. Now that I cling to universal love, the songbirds dominate. Before there were termites and flies, now these are fleeting and the butterflies dominate
[little girl: why haven't we gone back to the moon?]
