You will have to buy all the equipment and again you must accept as truth what we claim. If we buy it for a million we can tell you it cost a billion and you can not question it.
Thus Oil Barons managed to steal all the oil profit from almost all Oil producing countries. Now Saudi Arabia has a special arrangement. They and Kuwait and a few others are part of whom the Oil Barons are. The kings. Not sure how that truly works.
