9\11 is a great day to be over in a plane to the end of the world as we know as

2019-07-03 16:55:32 UTC

That mean never

nice one

2019-07-03 17:09:56 UTC

lol "imaginary"

2019-07-03 17:10:41 UTC

what about Quantum physics.... and BLACK HOLES?

2019-07-03 17:11:03 UTC

Yeah they're now saying the Aether is Quantum Harmonic Oscillations

2019-07-03 17:11:09 UTC

O BOY

2019-07-03 17:11:13 UTC

So it's not the Aether how dare you say that word

2019-07-03 17:14:48 UTC

Yes I have heard of epsilon one

2019-07-03 17:18:30 UTC

There’s some stuff about that missing Russian submarine

2019-07-03 17:23:03 UTC

hello Marlena ! how have you been ? 👍 🌹

2019-07-03 17:30:07 UTC

hey i’m unmuted now

2019-07-03 17:30:23 UTC

Sorry me were annoying

2019-07-03 17:34:19 UTC

Imaginary in the sense of imaginary numbers, which is really a misnomer. They are "imaginary" only in name, but have many real physical applications. Just ask an electrical engineer about them. @Human Sheeple

**Job 2:10 - New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)**

```Dust
<10> But he said to her, "You speak as any foolish woman would speak. Shall we receive the good at the hand of God, and not receive the bad?" In all this Job did not sin with his lips. ```
"Originally coined in the 17th century as a derogatory term and regarded as fictitious or useless, the concept gained wide acceptance following the work of Leonhard Euler and Carl Friedrich Gauss."
2019-07-03 17:43:24 UTC
The adjective imaginary was chosen to be tongue in cheek by the mathematicians of the time.
2019-07-03 17:43:58 UTC
i prefer my tongue elsewhere
2019-07-03 17:44:03 UTC
no cheeks
2019-07-03 17:44:05 UTC
nice
2019-07-03 17:44:46 UTC
@Fran They're convenient for calculus and AC circuits, you COULD also do two equations and calculate for the highs above 0v and a separate equation for the lows below 0v then summate the two, the use of imaginary j makes it easier
2019-07-03 17:45:34 UTC
Yes, imaginary numbers have physical application in that way; They simplify our real world calculations.
2019-07-03 17:45:55 UTC
They are not imaginary in the sense of having no bearing or applicability on physical reality
2019-07-03 17:47:02 UTC
They are also very good at describing rotations
2019-07-03 17:47:09 UTC
and other phenomena with physical applications
