I believe a preacher in Canada was arrested for quoting bible verses at a homosexual teen, but he was quickly cleared of all charges.

It shouldn't have happened in the first place, but he wasn't fined or imprisoned.

The point was it was illegal. He did not have free speech. That is how they move it along. People have been fined and sent to prison for speech others saw as offensive.

I believe gay marriage should not be legal. However I also believe the law is the law. So we should abide by it. Fight to get it changed by trying to get lawmakers to change it.

However the constitution was clear. God gave us rights and no law can steal away those rights. So no preacher can be forced to perform a gay marriage. That is unconstitutional and I would praise a preacher fighting against this illegal unconstitutional law.

I just do not support that law and especially SCOTUS idiot judges thinking they have some power to change the constitution on a whim to what they like. They should be put out of office as I see it. They broke the Constitution by making Gay Marriage legal. Now some States did it the proper way.

It was the way these Judges went against how laws are supposed to be made. Not their right to make a single law.

They could ask that the Legislator make such a law. But they had no right to just enact a brand new law of their liking. Unconstitutional.
