You can see whatever you want in whatever you want if you look hard enough
Please anyone
These are just things i avoid regardless
Monster energy is pretty gr8... in moderation of course
What’s the independent variable in an experiment
"Unleash the Beast!" @Stick Boi
Lol
Does anyone know how to get into the Nathan Oakley discord room
idependent variable is the one you change to see how the dependent variable is affected
So it’s the cause
it is usually the cause
Usually ?
i am not a scientist so cannot say it always is
Fair enough
The independent variable is crucial in scientific evaluation
Ok let me ask this then
If I have the cause it can be only one if ur trying to prove the cause exists ?
If it’s the iv or dv ?
Yus dude
Let’s say u claim gravity is real ur experiment has to have gravity as the iv or do and has to be isolated
I found a joint called "the round balls of meat"
U can’t have multiple things with gravity and say he cause is gravity correct ??
All the shizz is on me my groid
everything has gravity tho
Right
right
now thats some effed up shizz
also i would like to know something
So as I said gravity has to be isolated in the experiment so u can show that it is in fact the cause
so going all caps is against the rules?
the people who made this are f****** losers
chad was posting: In an experiment, the researcher is looking for the possible effect on the dependent variable that might be caused by changing the independent variable. The independent variable is the variable the experimenter manipulates (i.e. changes) – assumed to have a direct effect on the dependent variable.
So cause is the independent variable that’s what I thought
I mean that is one of the scientific definitions for it
how does antarctica, norway, and alaska work on the flat earth model as all of those places have very long days in the summer months like days that last months so how does it work on the FE model
So if ur trying to prove gravity is the cause of anything it has to be the iv ?
