I dunno, i feel like my soul is dead

2019-07-16 02:22:56 UTC

Most homes have 6 sides if you want to look at it that way. I think you can take it too far.

2019-07-16 02:24:15 UTC

Sure it was already posted

2019-07-16 02:24:23 UTC

Lol Jism.

2019-07-16 02:24:32 UTC

So poetic

2019-07-16 02:25:12 UTC

Is terrible.

2019-07-16 02:25:42 UTC

I think he does fantastic work

2019-07-16 02:25:59 UTC

🤣 k

2019-07-16 02:26:51 UTC

@mellowchromatic When I went online to watch this they were selling the fake jet fuel lie.

2019-07-16 02:27:11 UTC

I guess to stay online. So bogus.

2019-07-16 02:27:24 UTC

Oh compress air or we?

2019-07-16 02:28:12 UTC

Yes they lie that the jets compress the air to fly or some such nonsense.

2019-07-16 02:28:52 UTC

My father worked at an aircraft repair facility working on very large planes and Helicopters. They use fuel.

2019-07-16 02:29:28 UTC

Rockets and engines in space behave according to Isaac Newton's third law of motion: Every action produces an equal and opposite reaction. When a rocket shoots fuel out one end, this propels the rocket forward — no air is required

2019-07-16 02:29:54 UTC

Okay keep telling yourself that

2019-07-16 02:29:57 UTC

Or they have on board oxidizer.

2019-07-16 02:30:04 UTC

Resistance is required

2019-07-16 02:30:12 UTC

Several practical liquid oxidizers (liquid oxygen, nitrogen tetroxide, and hydrogen peroxide) are available which have better specific impulse than the ammonium perchlorate used in most solid rockets when paired with suitable fuels.

2019-07-16 02:30:13 UTC

It does not work in a Vacuum. Nothing to push against.

2019-07-16 02:30:16 UTC

you don't

2019-07-16 02:30:17 UTC

need

2019-07-16 02:30:18 UTC

anything

2019-07-16 02:30:19 UTC

to push against

2019-07-16 02:30:30 UTC

When tested it did not work.

2019-07-16 02:30:45 UTC

that gif sheeple spams shows the rocket moving when it ignites

2019-07-16 02:30:58 UTC

it jiggles a bit but the apparatus that the gif shows is not meant to move so the rocket didn't continue moving

2019-07-16 02:31:06 UTC

but it did move a tad

2019-07-16 02:31:07 UTC

Till the tank was filled with exhaust the rocket did not move.

2019-07-16 02:31:14 UTC

Someone tell the ISS to stop firing for orbital corrections.

2019-07-16 02:31:19 UTC

as soon as it ignited, it moved

2019-07-16 02:31:22 UTC

before gas started spilling out

2019-07-16 02:31:25 UTC

It did

2019-07-16 02:31:34 UTC

Then it had that exhaust to push against.

2019-07-16 02:31:49 UTC

here's an ISS reboost video

2019-07-16 02:32:03 UTC

Nope. It took a second or so to get enough exhaust to make it not a vacuum.

n a rocket engine , fuel and a source of oxygen, called an oxidizer, are mixed and exploded in a combustion chamber. The combustion produces hot exhaust which is passed through a nozzle to accelerate the flow and produce thrust.

2019-07-16 02:32:34 UTC

You need something to push against
