This was tested in a tank. Using the same fuel large rockets use. Till there was exhaust to push against the force mechanism showed zero force.

2019-07-16 02:47:55 UTC

they do fake images to sell space

2019-07-16 02:48:03 UTC

lol that wasn't the same fuel

2019-07-16 02:48:05 UTC

we used liquid fuel

2019-07-16 02:48:06 UTC

that was solid

2019-07-16 02:48:08 UTC

Nope. Large rockets use fuel and an oxidizer tank.

2019-07-16 02:48:15 UTC

we do use solid too as well

2019-07-16 02:48:20 UTC

Air bubbles in space. Right.

2019-07-16 02:48:28 UTC

Did it have an oxidizer? n o p e

2019-07-16 02:48:30 UTC

shifting goalpost

2019-07-16 02:48:42 UTC

The earth is flat

2019-07-16 02:48:49 UTC

nope

2019-07-16 02:48:49 UTC

An Astro Not almost drowning when his helmet sprung a leak and let water in.

2019-07-16 02:48:56 UTC

shifting goalpoast again

2019-07-16 02:49:02 UTC

we're on engines not astronauts drowning

2019-07-16 02:49:21 UTC

Then the hatch that was flinging around like a flag.

2019-07-16 02:49:26 UTC

keep focus steve

2019-07-16 02:49:31 UTC

we're not talking about that now

2019-07-16 02:49:32 UTC

we're on engines

2019-07-16 02:49:35 UTC

a rocket might be able to work. it doesn't mean space exists or earth is round

2019-07-16 02:49:36 UTC

stop shifting the goalpost

2019-07-16 02:49:36 UTC

Nope. His water cooling system had a leak. If you are on a 4-6 hour spacewalk, even a little water in your suit can be dangerous.

2019-07-16 02:49:39 UTC

rockets can still work

2019-07-16 02:49:53 UTC

He didn’t “almost drown” JFC

2019-07-16 02:50:12 UTC

You are just spouting off your theories as if they were proven. Yet they were proven false.

2019-07-16 02:50:22 UTC

shifting *again* steve

2019-07-16 02:50:30 UTC

just focus on what we're talking about

2019-07-16 02:50:37 UTC

They were not proven false. Lol

2019-07-16 02:50:48 UTC

and since we've pretty much shifted permanently off engines here's an article on the spacesuit leak: https://www.space.com/24835-spacesuit-water-leak-nasa-investigation.html

2019-07-16 02:50:57 UTC

They always come up with a lie to explain the obvious away. I do not buy that lie for an instant. It is such nonsense.

2019-07-16 02:51:01 UTC

:/

2019-07-16 02:51:23 UTC

Why would they tell you about the incident in the first place. Lol. You make no sense.

2019-07-16 02:51:25 UTC

No way they have that much water in that backpack.

2019-07-16 02:51:52 UTC

You ever use a water cooling system, Steve? For your PC or anything? (Nope)

2019-07-16 02:51:59 UTC

How much water astronauts carry in their suits: https://science.howstuffworks.com/question544.htm

2019-07-16 02:52:03 UTC

Because it was live. They then had to come up with a lie to try to explain it away.

2019-07-16 02:52:06 UTC

1,9 liters IIRC

2019-07-16 02:52:28 UTC

you guys aren't getting steve's explanation i think

2019-07-16 02:52:32 UTC

Like I said, even a few quarter size drops of water can derail the space walk. It’s happened twice. It’s a documented issue

2019-07-16 02:52:32 UTC

Think that would not even fill a helmet. I drink that twice a day.

2019-07-16 02:52:46 UTC

1.9 liters in a helmet that's sealed
