I have to download the driver for the device and use that. Sometimes you can not even instal the driver. Like AMD drivers for the video. Windows 10 does not allow you to run them after installing them it hides them and does not allow you to find them or use them.

You have to buy a video card and can not use the AMD video driver on the chip for a processor not all that old. Not if you want to use your 4k monitor in 4k.
