No, I had a score of 136. It's not a very accurate test regardless.
Stating a fact is not an insult, its just what I have gleaned from our conversing here 🙂
What does my intelligence have to do with this argument, here?
If someone is wrong in an argument, it doesn't give you a pass to call them unintelligent.
Without intelligence you cannot scieence, ipso facto 🙂
🤦
If you were intelligent, maybe you would realize the way you spell sentences is extremely obnoxious.
^ that is an ad hominem attack.
How about none of us uses these from now on?
Anyway, anymore assumptions you have?
Nope, I have many, many more.
Wow his last comment, real high IQ their bud 😄 😛
When you resort to making memes in a channel called civil debate..
<:cool:507986727953235970>
Thats not a meme tho, k
sigh!
...That is a meme by every definition
Hmmmmmm, not every picture with words is a meme dude, geez
s-l-o-w-l-a-n-e-!
@Yabai Thank you for writing in detail, I already know the argument of '' everything moves with the atmosphere at a constant speed thus it makes appear like it's stationery ''. What my problem is, according to the globe theory if there's boat and it sails straight it curves downright correct and appears to sink top to bottom? Yet if an airplane flies straight the same thing does not happen. The airplane does not gain altitude when the curve is right beneath it.
That has to do with the way we see the boat. The boat does indeed sink past the horizon...boats don't need to weigh down the front part of the ship in order to follow the curve of the earth, do they? It's the same for airplanes, they naturally follow a path around the earth without need for the pilots to do anything.
Goal post moved.
Ok.
How was that a goal post move? I'm basically saying the same thing I said before, but in clearer terms.
You were talking motion
How come we can still se aeroplanes an not ships then, hmmmmmmmmmmm.......
Now you are talking curvature and obstruction
Airplanes disappear over the horizon too...
But ships dont?
Perspective
Angular resolution
Ships disappear over the horizon too.
Aren't you the one shifting goal posts by bringing up perspective?
Ships appear to disappear
But why do they 'dissappear' at differing distances?
That's pretty convenient.
They are actually just unresolvable
Its called angular resolution
Look it up
