I never said what I think, though.

Including recorded phone calls to bbs and the FAA

2019-10-06 01:06:59 UTC

Why are you assuming that I believe the media or globebusters?

2019-10-06 01:07:07 UTC

The globe is a scam

2019-10-06 01:07:31 UTC

CAN YOU PROVE GLOBEBUSTERS IS A SCAM?

2019-10-06 01:07:49 UTC

I can't prove anything. That's what I'm trying to say. Im neutral.

2019-10-06 01:07:53 UTC

Ok

2019-10-06 01:08:18 UTC

🤷

2019-10-06 01:12:31 UTC

But, let me ask you this. Can you prove that the earth is flat? Not as in - the arguments you're used to. I mean the actual shape. Think about it. For example, squares with inscribed circles. You yourself admit that there is no 100% accurate flat earth map yet, no? Well. Why assume that the earth is in the shape of a flat circle? It's more than possible that it's in the shape of a cube, a flat square, or even a cylinder, and it would still have a flat top that would match the dimensions provided by flat earthers, however it would not be a flat earth.

2019-10-06 01:12:49 UTC

Calling yourself a flat earther in that regard is a bit presumptuous, IMO.

2019-10-06 01:20:15 UTC

Here's an interesting test flat earthers could do. I know a lot of them believe that there is a dome above the flat earth, and that rockets hit it and bounce off of it - which is why NASA never went anywhere in the first place. I also know that some flat earthers believe the dome can actually reflect and refract light. If this is true, then you guys can actually come up with a way to find the exact dimensions of the flat earth - including the actual diameter, as well as how big it is. You could use lasers, or a variety of different lights and shine them up into the sky. If the dome is there, it might cause a distortion in the light, a measurable one at that.

2019-10-06 01:21:14 UTC

If you go from the furthest point you can from the north pole, and slowly take measurements as you get nearer and nearer, you will find the dome's distance to change due to the laser you're using.

2019-10-06 01:22:39 UTC

Using trigonometry I believe you could find the height of the dome. If it is a half-sphere, you will easily be able to find the circumference as well!

2019-10-06 01:22:49 UTC

Or, you could find something completely different.

2019-10-06 01:27:00 UTC

Another thing - flat earthers believe that airlines lie about the distances that their planes fly. Flat earthers can easily disprove this by getting together and driving/sailing around the world. Grab an odometer and have a trip...if google earth is a lie, I don't suggest using this to map your journy. Use a paper map, an old one that was made before NASA or Google were around, and take your trip. Your odometer will pick up the distance that you've driven. By making multiple trips across your country and keeping track of the data, you will be able to find real distances between places, and thus you will also find out if airlines are lying, too. The same could be done with a boat too.

2019-10-06 01:27:20 UTC

Yes it's so easy to just measure the whole earth step by step

2019-10-06 01:28:10 UTC

Even better than this, flat earthers could make a collective archive - an official one that is untouched by government agencies.

2019-10-06 01:28:12 UTC

And we total have millions of dollars to buy a boat maybe even a submarine, to do a worldwide exploration of the earth

2019-10-06 01:28:22 UTC

*totally

2019-10-06 01:28:25 UTC

Full of measurements that are peer-reviewed by flat earthers themselves

2019-10-06 01:28:47 UTC

This is how you guys can go about completing the flat earth map @Citizen Z

2019-10-06 01:29:05 UTC

It will take time and money though, no doubt. A lot more than 20,000$.

2019-10-06 01:29:17 UTC

Everything starts small.

2019-10-06 01:31:26 UTC

But that's what I would do if I was a flat earther. If that is indeed the way it is, research and study will result to a similar conclusion. If you guys can compile enough evidence, people won't laugh at you anymore.

2019-10-06 06:17:55 UTC

Lol

2019-10-06 06:18:35 UTC

Dave the professor destroyed globebusters

2019-10-06 07:08:11 UTC

Saw that video, lmao

2019-10-06 11:20:17 UTC

I agree @Yabai, FEers keep claiming that the globe model remains unproven, and that all pictures of it are fakes. While they are unable to provide an alternative theorie that explains all that we see and can measure today, and that what we can't explain yet.
And I mean an alternative to gravity, to the sun's motion alongside the stars & moon. An alternative to why I can see the ISS fly by on a good night. And much more

2019-10-06 14:18:51 UTC

@Jondar02 but that makes us even more right... the fact that you have a religious belief that doesnt have any evidence to back it but insist you are right. Then when you ask for an alternative you assume they are incorrect because they dont have ALL the answers... thats the whole point of real science. The government doesn't even allow any scientists to research agaisnt their agenda they only pay scientists to co duct corrupt experiments to give results they want

2019-10-06 14:23:39 UTC

The greatest thinker

2019-10-06 14:24:19 UTC

He cant answer me why objects fall down

2019-10-06 14:26:43 UTC

we have!

2019-10-06 14:27:45 UTC

Now that's the thing, the current model of the globe earth does explain all that we can see, and does that pretty well. Eg, gravity. I have not yet seen another explanation that fits all observations, without relying on gravity one way or another

2019-10-06 14:29:10 UTC
2019-10-06 14:29:17 UTC

Why do objects fall down

2019-10-06 14:30:02 UTC

Why do you think, an no you cannot say or use 'gravity'

2019-10-06 14:30:05 UTC

thats science 🙂

2019-10-06 14:30:16 UTC

Why not?
