lots of reasons
For the betterness of a *society*
Well most religious people are like that in my opinion, not all but most
different POVs, interests
etc
experiences
can we agree that religion shouldnt be used to make scientific proof or claims
doctrines, principles, morals
etc
yes
there is a lot of reasons why people can't agree with something
So you're saying that a "house divided" should be better than one together
depends
On
@Ronin no. The bible is a scientific book like it or not
no it isnt
hahahahaa
It is. It contains cosmology ahead of its time and mad wisdom
Where?
what I am saying is that we haven't figured out the theory of everything for us to agree on everything universally, we don't know what's the correct thing to do, we just have theories based on experiences which discard a lot of variables
What is so bad about agreeing on everything
as I said
no it contains explanations for stuff which people couldnt explain with actual science so they made things up to explain stuff we can now explain with science
we can't because we don't know what's the best way to do everything
Ok, most theory's saying god doesn't exist has more evidence than the ones saying god dose exist
Who says we don't know the correct way
And how do we know that we don't know the best way to do everything
Not agreeing leads to wars deaths casualties
simple, there is no utopia with all questions answered
because if we knew the best way we wouldnt be having this convo would we
If god didnt exist u wouldnt be human. U would be a mindless ant or some organism
"Not agreeing leads to wars deaths casualties" this is definetly not true
That would be a society of gods @Vitmar
that's wy we need debate
The crusade
and democracy
no if god existed, we'd be perfect
@Atlas the Friendly Robot indeed
How would we e mindless ants
But if we can't all agree
