For me it works great, I guess it depends on the individual

I have a migraine type headache which caffeine might be beneficial for, but thanks anyways

Yeah coffee helps my headaches too, maybe it's a blood pressure thing

That and green tea

I think caffeine is a vasoconstrictor, which is just a fancy way of saying it makes the bloodvessels smaller which can help with migraines where the opposite happens

and quite frankly the slightly stimulated feeling helps me not feel bad during the pain, makes the actual emotion better
