a computer does not work at all until it is 100% complete. what drives it to mutate from 1% to 99%? survival of the fittest and mutation theory does not explain this. it is far too intricate to randomly happen. you do not just pointlessly build incredibly complicated machinery like a human brain/eyeballs without any blueprint or reason until it is suddenly useful. explain yourself right now

Like I said Morning, I have made AIs that learn by trial and error. It’s hard to fathom, but yes, something can improve without a blueprint other than living longer. It’s exactly what evolutionary AI does.
