Take your left hand, place it on the left side of the lower half of your chest where you can *most* feel your heartbeat. Then take your first two fingers on the right hand (index and middle), and place those fingertips on the pulse on the right side of your head between your ear and temple. It may take a second to find but you'll know when you do. Lightly keep contact to those two areas enough to feel the pulse, and breathe regularly. This will ramp up the flow of vital energy, and some may pool out and around your hands and feet.
