Taking a break from the internet/electronic devices and meditating helped me a lot with focusing. It's a tough path but try to live a full week without internet or phone and during those days only read/write and do work.

@rivenator12113 again, great advise, but I'm already a massive bookworm so I go most hours of the day with no electronic devices just reading, my therapist is talking with my GP about possible medication for it but we'll see how it goes
