Muhammad was not from Mecca. Your source of this geographical history is coming from hadith hearsay literature, and to believe that hearsay is true, you also have to believe Muhammad split the moon in half and that he was a mass-murderous pedophile.

Point being, Islamic history and Islam itself is not in the Qur'an, if you had claimed you didn't know as much your words may've held some merit. And, they should so your name can hold some brevity to it.

Islam is a hadith-based religion created 2 centuries after Muhammad's death with the writing of the hadith, like Judaism is a post-exile religion rooted in mainly talmudic tradition writers who claim to have the divine hearsays of what Moses said centuries after his death, and like how Christianity's gospels cannot exist without Paul who's come centuries after Jesus' death.

Now, I do not believe Moses really said the words "Jesus is burning eternally in excrement and mary was a whore" in the same literature where he approves Usury upon the genitles whereas the Torah does not, but I'm wise enough to know it is hearsay ascribed to him.
