CHRISTIAN COUNTY, KY (WKRN) - A mother in Christian County, Kentucky called authorities after finding messages on her daughter's Skype account that claimed she was poisoning her brother to "get rid of him." That's according to an incident report from the Christian County Sheriff's Office.

The 12-year-old girl is now charged with attempted murder.

According to the report, the girl told a man in Texas on Skype that she was going to poison her brother with Mr. Clean. The girl's mother confronted her and told deputies her daughter admitted to poisoning her 4-year-old brother because she thought her mom loved him more.

Deputies talked to the girl and reported the girl also admitted to them she put Mr. Clean in her brother's water and said it was because "he was annoying her."

The girl was placed under arrest and taken to a psychiatric hospital for evaluation by order of a judge.

A sheriff's deputy says the boy was sick but has since recovered.

CIRCLEVILLE, OH (AP) - A former model accused of trying to hire a hit man to kill the mother of her two stepdaughters has pleaded guilty in Ohio to conspiracy to commit aggravated murder and been sentenced to five years in prison.

Tara Lambert (also known as Tara Arbogast) entered the plea Wednesday in Pickaway County.

Prosecutors say Lambert provided a $125 down payment to a hit man who was actually an undercover police detective.

The 35-year-old Ashville woman was sentenced to seven years in prison on the charge in 2016. She spent a year and a half in the Ohio Reformatory for Woman, before the 4th District Court of Appeals overturned her conviction and the Ohio Supreme Court refused to hear it.

An appeals court overturned that conviction last year because of an omission in her first indictment.

The Pickaway Co. Clerk of Court said Lambert will turn herself into the Pickaway County Sheriff on July 30, 2018 to begin the sentence. She will get credit for time served from the earlier conviction.
