This is just a thought of mine: In some of the SB2 decodes he talks about Some of the comms between POTUS and the other side. In considering the latest indictments dropped on the eve of the Putin summit at first glance I thought it was to disrupt the up coming summit. But on further inspection it is a move to get the info on the DNC Server out through discovery. At the summit Mr Trump and Mr Putin have agreed to have at least one of the GRU officers appear in court the plead not guilty. At this point they will demand that the US produce the DNC server to prove there was indeed Russian hacking taken place. There you have the Server in the public square.
