@Ridgewalker anon I'm still not convinced. You saw two examples of what the laser mentioned is like. One, a short film of a drone. The other is of a pickup truck tilted forward on a stand.
In the first case, note how long the laser MUST remained focused on the tail until it diables the flight controls causing the drone to go out of control.
In the second case, look closely and note that the laser only effected a small part of the hood. How long was the beam focused on that specific point before the energy melted that hole? Also, how close was the laser to the target?
The rest of the video, to me, is conjecture. I agree with Noam Chomsky that if a government has a weapon they will turn it eventually on their own population to retain power. I also agree with Sgt Kelly. But nowhere does the video claim that people were burned by a laser. However, there was a fire. Do you think the person he was talking about could have been a victim of the fire?
