he did tell me about the desalinization plant and how almost all the water it produces goes back in the ocean. but San Diego County was never in a draught. other parts of the State are but that is mostly caused by water control.
That plant is just a waste of tax money
But anyway I was just responding to the post about California pumping water back into the ocean that could be used to fight fires and i know they do it here in San Diego County so I don't see why they would not be doing the same in other parts of the state. Gives the statement a little validity.
