Tommy is back in court on the 4th September at the Old Baily for another trial despite still recovering from the mental and physical torture inflicted on him due to the previous flawed trial.
The media have published that he 'allegedly' breached a reporting restriction so therefore was in contempt of court.
Well, Judge Jeffery Marsden at Leeds crown court also applied that very same reporting restriction (Black out) that was in place for the rape gang case to Tommy's court proceedings as can be seen by the picture below dated 25th May.
Phil Winter from the Hull Live newspaper broke that very same reporting restriction the following day by reporting on Tommy's case and that he had been taken to Hull Prison.
Did you see Phil Winter hauled before the judge and imprisoned for over a year that very same day? NO because Phil Winter is not Tommy Robinson.
People can talk all they want about Tommy's 'alleged' offence, but no reporter has been sent to prison since the 1940's for media contempt of court and hey Phil Winter and Hull live can just break the same reporting restrictions with zero repercussions.
