so here is my thinking..when Q says no name didn't depart on his own terms I dont think he means he died nefariously....i think he means that he ratted before he died. No name thought he would take it all to his grave but leverage was applied (maybe threatened to go after Cindy legally) and he ratted to save her from prison knowing he was dying and wouldn't see prison himself.
