Hehe 😄

2020-09-22 17:49:15 UTC

I like talking to people who have different worldviews.

2020-09-22 17:49:30 UTC

Same.

2020-09-22 17:55:39 UTC

I will not at the moment say what I believe in in terms of Religion/Atheism because that might change the way you perceive my arguments in the future. So I will play devil’s advocate alot. But for your information I have deeply studied Religion for about 4 years, Politics aswell but not as deep as religion, then about Philosophy for 2 years and recently started reading Psychology.

You shouldn't be afraid. Its just words. It falls into our responsability to find meaning to improve our lives and intellect according to eachother's ablity

2020-09-22 17:58:51 UTC

I dont care if Im ridiculed or whatever 😄 or distorted.

2020-09-22 17:59:09 UTC

You can try too

2020-09-22 17:59:13 UTC

Are you repsonding to me?

2020-09-22 17:59:18 UTC

Yes Ed

2020-09-22 18:02:01 UTC

Well I’m not afraid but I believe that one can have an agenda and be biased towards a view if they already know my view. If I said I was a muslim for example my opposition might immediately react to that either consciously or unconsciously and might not be persuaded as much by my argument because of the bias or agenda. The same if I claimed to be a christian, atheist, agnostic and etc.

2020-09-22 18:08:36 UTC

So, do Black Lives Matter?

2020-09-22 18:13:31 UTC

I believe black lives matter. If you’re referring to the organization, if it’s existence is justified and if the organization is credible I would to that say that I might be too ignorant of the subject to give an opinion. I don’t really understand what their objections are so please enlighten me.

2020-09-22 18:15:22 UTC

Yes Edmund, I used my words the way I did intentionally... 🙂

2020-09-22 18:15:35 UTC

Today’s topic on th live YouTube feee Open Mic is BLM

2020-09-22 18:15:59 UTC

Just bringing attention to that

2020-09-22 18:16:14 UTC

It’s Edmond like Edmond Dantés but thanks.

2020-09-22 18:16:18 UTC

Black Lives Matter is about black lives mattering just like the Trojan Horse was just a gift

2020-09-22 18:16:43 UTC

> It’s Edmond like Edmond Dantés but thanks.
@Edmqnd I typed Edmqnd- autocorrect

2020-09-22 18:17:02 UTC

Do you think that making people take out their cellphones and want to record any negative interaction that they may have with a police officer is a good thing? It contribute to a better society?

2020-09-22 18:17:42 UTC

If I ever want to usher in Marxism, I’d call my group “Babies and love” so that way, when people criticize my movement I can be like “what? You don’t like babies and love?”

2020-09-22 18:18:25 UTC

@Yussuki ₪ it is an indication of what we call a “low trust” society. Immigration, or social programs. Pick one; you can’t have both.

2020-09-22 18:19:24 UTC

Yes I agree

2020-09-22 18:19:42 UTC

"Low-trust" society, well said.

2020-09-22 18:19:56 UTC

Immigration + social welfare incentivizes a parasitical society

2020-09-22 18:20:02 UTC

One Question. Do you guys believe that the hate against Socialism from alot of well known Americans is justified hate? For example both Ben Shapiro and Steven Crowder have claimed that Socialism is Evil. So you guys agree with that?

2020-09-22 18:20:27 UTC

Do*

2020-09-22 18:20:34 UTC

Depends on the socialism. You may have good socialism or bad socialism.

2020-09-22 18:20:45 UTC

Socialism is evil in that it believes the fruit of your labor can be forcefully taken and redistributed.

Babies are fruit of marriages, and don’t doubt for a minute that socialists believe they own that too.

2020-09-22 18:21:25 UTC

So do you believe that well fare for everyone is evil?

2020-09-22 18:21:40 UTC

Who believes that ? ^_^

2020-09-22 18:22:26 UTC

I’m not making any statement

2020-09-22 18:22:51 UTC

@Edmqnd WellFare doesn’t just happen - it comes at a cost. JP is identifying the cost. If there were unlimited resources, sure.

2020-09-22 18:25:00 UTC

Buy you could take from the rich and distribute the money equally in that way. Why isn’t that good? Wanting to take bit from those that have to spare and give to those that have nothing?

2020-09-22 18:26:57 UTC

Now we’re talking proportionality; much more nuanced. Willing to see how much from whom for what reasons you think is good...
Although generally speaking if you don’t earn the fruits of your labor and incentivize laziness, how can that be good?

2020-09-22 18:27:54 UTC

What if it’s not laziness? What if it’s in capability?

2020-09-22 18:28:53 UTC

I didn’t determine it is - I simply said incentives laziness. Which is why I’m open to hearing your thoughts on how much, from whom, for whom, for what purpose.

2020-09-22 18:29:51 UTC

One argument would be that: If you redistribute resources too rapidly, the lower classes lack the skill and ability to grow the new resource and would squander unproductively

2020-09-22 18:29:54 UTC

Incentivizes*
