To make more money you would have to do more work.

2020-09-30 00:27:10 UTC

Not really

2020-09-30 00:27:20 UTC

Investing is work

2020-09-30 00:27:20 UTC

After a certian amount of money your money makes money

2020-09-30 00:27:29 UTC

Not if you pay someone to do it

2020-09-30 00:27:49 UTC

Yes - paying someone is benefitting society first of all. And second of all that’s the investment then

2020-09-30 00:28:04 UTC

Paying people to invest your money.

2020-09-30 00:28:14 UTC

Haha, you should talk about the Gillett commercial 😆

2020-09-30 00:28:35 UTC

And the more money you have. The more people you pay.

2020-09-30 00:28:41 UTC

To make more

2020-09-30 00:28:57 UTC

@Katelyn Would you want the government to implement the solution?

2020-09-30 00:29:15 UTC

Sure but then your money gets to the point od ridiculousness

2020-09-30 00:29:25 UTC

@Captain_Rogers I'm with you, yiiiikes

2020-09-30 00:29:30 UTC

Where you can spend more than small countriws worth if cash

2020-09-30 00:29:32 UTC

Of*

2020-09-30 00:29:51 UTC

I don't think people should have that much money

2020-09-30 00:30:07 UTC

Mostly because you couldn't realistically spend it or use it

2020-09-30 00:30:09 UTC

@Katelyn I think thats the point, its very difficult to forseee the consequence of certain actions

2020-09-30 00:30:15 UTC

So? That’s the whole point of capitalism?

2020-09-30 00:30:21 UTC

Yea

2020-09-30 00:30:27 UTC

Thats part of my dilemma

2020-09-30 00:30:31 UTC

Becomes a fundamental debate about capitalism

2020-09-30 00:30:38 UTC

Its a failsafe

2020-09-30 00:31:11 UTC

@Killian is always an honest contributor to discussions

2020-09-30 00:31:36 UTC

@drenath might be cuz you’re old 😬

2020-09-30 00:31:53 UTC

narcolepsy

2020-09-30 00:32:19 UTC

Why?

2020-09-30 00:32:20 UTC

Oh- I was joking. Sorry

2020-09-30 00:32:22 UTC

yes

2020-09-30 00:32:24 UTC

I have the opposite

2020-09-30 00:33:34 UTC

Contract enforcement is an index USA is very highly rated on I think.

2020-09-30 00:33:58 UTC

to other people who might use the money to do something usefull

2020-09-30 00:34:23 UTC

@Killian can I make the same argument about whole countries and so money should be sent over to extremely poor countries?

2020-09-30 00:34:33 UTC

If a country gets too rich.

2020-09-30 00:35:47 UTC

Norway watch out

2020-09-30 00:35:59 UTC

😬 hehe

2020-09-30 00:36:27 UTC

when is the debate "?

2020-09-30 00:37:19 UTC

@Delta yes, freedom ftw

2020-09-30 00:37:22 UTC

We are implicitly implying debt is bad - it’s not. It’s what helped garage companies become apple

2020-09-30 00:40:56 UTC

Debt should increase your earning potential. If it’s not - you’re making bad business decisions

2020-09-30 00:42:38 UTC

I have a friend that have a bit of debt, she cant get a loan because there are some rules here in norway that prevent here for taking a loan to refinance... The politicians says its to protect here, meanwhile shes screwed by high interestrates in a low paying job.. Government should not be in the buisness of other people...
