Meaning is in between you and the truth. It's EMBODIED truth

Try to live out the character of truth; it's a phenomenal challenge. That's the lesson of the bible. That there is a truth, and that you can act it out

Religious views are so obviously frauds and false and can be easily disproven. It’s a pathetic belief. For me it's all predicated on the belief and understanding that there is ONE Truth (we all share it) and that lying about that truth is bad.

The rest followed, after many years of a meetup i hosted around Jordan Peterson's work, of all people. He's not even a Christian, but he certainly turned me toward Christ

It basically became a general philosophy meet. Twice a week

There was one guy who was a Christian there, the rest were atheists, or some sort of "spiritual" like buddhist. I argued with all of them

The Christian never convinced me, he only showed me how what I was saying was already covered in the bible. I thought I was discovering aspects of reality that were unaccounted for. Nope.

In Christian terms, the Holy Spirit was working in me. In more secular terms, my drive for Truth led me there. You need to ask yourself if you're actually seeking Truth or not. People use this term "my truth" -- i never cared about my truth. If anything, I wanted MY TRUTH to be aligned with THE TRUTH

If you believe there is a "The Truth" -- then please do what you can to make your truth align with it. I'm confident that will lead you to what I and many call Christ

Read the Bible and try to salvage all the Truth from it you can. Treat everything like that, and a pattern will emerge

And yea, T2, I was catholic before I was atheist

I found Christ half way through age 31 (I'm 32 now) so, I'm young in it

A truth about the universe that I am interested in is how did life start. And every claim the Bible makes about that has been proven wrong.

Yea that. And no it hasn’t been “proven wrong” it’s been read like claims, instead of like stories.
