@Delta, this is not a minimal harm. Entire genital structures like the prepuce, ridged band and frenulum are fully or partially excised in neonatal circ. That is a profound harm. What you’ve been lead to believe is just “a little snip” is just not accurate.

@Delta, the frenulum and ridged band are really there explicitly for specialized erotic sensations. The prepuce is also highly erogenous but it has other functions. It covers the glans keeping it “moist” and in the proper environment for membrane tissue. The penis should be an internal organ most of the time. Think about if your tongue was exposed to the air for a long period of time. The prepuce can also move up and down the glans and shaft and that is the primary way the penis is supposed to be stimulated.

The speaker is Eric Clopper, a Jewish man who was previously employed by Harvard.
