2020-08-22 05:03:36 UTC

thats what speciation is

2020-08-22 05:04:04 UTC

Man I wasn't even trying to argue for a creator.

2020-08-22 05:04:42 UTC

not even decided myself. I acually am leaning against an actually creative entity

2020-08-22 05:05:06 UTC

BTW isn't there a townhall on YT

2020-08-22 05:21:34 UTC

Using well being as a moral foundation, is there a moral difference between a murder and an accidental killing?

2020-08-22 05:21:54 UTC

Yes

2020-08-22 05:22:17 UTC

Intention matters

2020-08-22 06:01:15 UTC

This may be the dumbest post I've ever seen...

2020-08-22 06:24:33 UTC

I wouldn't doubt that it happend....

2020-08-22 06:24:54 UTC

Child molesters are often killed in prison, no?

2020-08-22 06:25:12 UTC

...With a Cane? HAHA, yeah.. I see your point.

2020-08-22 06:26:53 UTC

I'm not sure a lot of prison inmates are equipped with a cane.

2020-08-22 06:28:15 UTC

Any "home-made device" designated as a cane must be a fault on the prison itself. As no inmate should have such utility to actually equip themselves as such.

2020-08-22 06:29:37 UTC

@Delta Self-Defense is the issue.

2020-08-22 06:37:13 UTC

This woman says..... free him! Haha

2020-08-22 06:44:44 UTC

Yes, free him so he will be allowed to kill more people with canes. Makes perfect sense!

2020-08-22 06:45:09 UTC

He might even start a business selling canes so he can recruit others to do the same!

2020-08-22 06:48:39 UTC

100%

2020-08-22 06:58:54 UTC

There is so much more I'd like to dissect within that exposition. Perhaps we can get an audio/video session on Creationism vs. Evolution.

2020-08-22 07:00:03 UTC

There seems to be a disconnect between the two, as well understood.

2020-08-22 07:07:51 UTC

> Yeah adaptative genes would make sense even if a creater was involved. Show me a tree with legs or bird with flower petals
@Deleted User @ThePangburn More specifically, in response to "show me a tree with legs".

2020-08-22 14:20:06 UTC

Dear PangBurn Peeps... I have been Wondering Around for A few Months or So and Enjoyed it Very Much... But To be Honest It is a Bit Political Heavy for my Taste, To Much Going Around for me Solved Moral Issues. Personally I am Looking more for Science Horizons and Other Mind Bending Stuff. I have tried to Inject some Thoughts and Material but see no feedback on that. I Will Fly Away for A While and Might be Back, but for now I am Gone. Cheers ! Greetings from the Netherlands... Have a Good One !

@JCEN In the video Dawkins describes a fact that I have already accepted as true. All life shares some common genes. And though I'm not arguing for creationism, I don't feel that fact refutes it. This could also be describing a genetic foundation for life. Take a block of wood. Somebody could turn that into a toy soldier, a cowboy, some farm animals etc. They would all have a common characteristic. The wood. They didn't evolve into their respective state but were created that way. For the record, my belief lean more towards a sort of guided evolution rather than the traditional creationist or evolutionalist view.

2020-08-22 18:41:49 UTC

I know that Alvin Plantinga gives and argument for what you are describing. @Deleted User

2020-08-22 18:42:49 UTC

@Ozzie Rivera I will definately look into this him. Thanks

2020-08-22 19:12:25 UTC

If fact does not prove anything to you, I'm quite sure nothing else will. Evolutionary processes work more intricately than a person carving a block of wood. Again, go back to my clockmaker analogy.

2020-08-22 19:13:28 UTC

Best of luck to you @passerby

2020-08-22 19:14:27 UTC

@JCEN if a person doesn't value facts or evidence, there are no facts or evidence we can present to them to prove they should value them. If that's where @Deleted User is then you're correct, the conversation is over. You're a good sport.

2020-08-22 20:04:36 UTC

So I just picked up “beyond good and evil” by Fredrick nietzsche. Has anyone read it before? I know @sean.sullivan1983 mentioned him in the discussion we had

2020-08-22 20:05:20 UTC
