I'm new to much of this though I've listened to a couple Pangburn things, and they're great, but the Open Mics seem to often go on long trains off-topic. It seems the Town Halls don't. Is that intentional due to the difference in structure and just letting people talk? It's not my channel, so I truly don't care either way, but I would like to understand how things work for clarity sake.
