How would one access that?

I don't want to suggest the conversation become political, but it seems to me that government plays a substantial role in the ability to create and control production. Can you all discuss a little? (p.s. in the country the food is allocated to, not referring to international distribution)

Many people do receive that education in schools. (Where they don't, they should.) I want to add that many people use sugary foods (just like addictive substances) to attain pleasure and even satisfy emotional voids.

Question that perhaps fits best in this 'general' channel. I'm new to much of this though I've listened to a couple Pangburn things, and they're great, but the Open Mics seem to often go on long trains off-topic. It seems the Town Halls don't. Is that intentional due to the difference in structure and just letting people talk? It's not my channel, so I truly don't care either way, but I would like to understand how things work for clarity sake.

Okay. Thanks. I was trying to track from starvation to AGI. Lol. Good to know!

Makes sense. I had a hunch some sociopolitical deviation was inevitable anyway.

I think tech is historically better managed and distributed by capitalistic and what I'd call "natural" means. From what I can discern, I think dogbref can speak well to that if he sees this.

I can generally agree with that.

I don't understand what you mean by "market socialism" or how that even works. I think there needs be less gov't regulation, but socialism, in every way I have ever understood it, demands heavy government involvement to force people to give up and redistribute.

@brucebruce Would you say it is a moral and/or social imperative for people to have children? Or are you arguing doing so optimizes life and wellbeing...or something like that?

@brucebruce I'm interested to know from where you derive those morals. Perhaps you said in the open mic and I wasn't on yet.
