@JowlOwl We are in a transition. Historically, censorship in America was decried, universally. It is only recently that it has become fashionable. Mein Kampf was always a 'case-in-point' in classes when we'd discuss censorship. People would say how it, and other Nazi things, were banned in Germany. The argument here is that sunshine is the best disinfectant. Let people read and see. Ban it and some people will think there is power in the banned thing, if it wasn't a threat it wouldn't be banned.
That is changing as the Left's hold over the culture and academia becomes more hegemonic.
