It's actually great for it because it helps use less oil than a squared off pot
Technically, but I think the heat isn't evenly distributed because of the wok shape
and it collects any of those crispy bits down in the bottom
and yes, the heat's not distributed too well but I'm right there with chopsticks anyway to keep things moving

except once I was cooking for like six people so I just threw my wok and its ring on it and went ham
