so @Kathryn44 that Executive Order effectively puts taxes on duty-free goods from some nations...which is tax. Apparently some nations were given a "developing nations" status and allowed to provide goods without an import tax. The President appears to be adjusting this so that it can't be used to sidestep tariffs and likely some of these countries were places like Barbados selling rum and really, people can pay the damn tax. 😃
