The court filing in Q 2581 is a response to a request for information from daily caller. The document sites the need to protect the warrant, because the warrant would otherwise expose what the warrant was issued for. In this case it was to harass a whistleblower, and keep him inside an investigation in order to shut him up, and prevent him from speaking publicly about what he knows. The document is legally sound, and cites a number of legitimate cases. The counter move will necessarily have to involve the person or persons the warrant was issued against speaking publicly in order for those persons to make it clear that they are illegally being harassed because they are a whistleblower.
