I suggest you look into videos of children in banana republic shit hole countries every day for the next week. And then tell me if life sucks for you. They have no choice there. I'm religious but I made myself drink, and I was the only one that could stop it. So I did it alone

Wasn't healthy though

The biggest thing I learned was that i didnt have a drinking problem, I had a living problem that stemmed from childhood trauma.. the only thing that fixed it was talking to the right people, tackling it head on, and a day at a time
