Ive been sober for 10 months after heavy use for 5 and a 1/2 years and my advice would be if you arent quitting for yourself dont quit at all because it wont last
Yup there's also SMART recovery as well, if the shoe fits wear it
I drank because of mental issues. I'm working on them now and I have no cravings to drink
I guess ima become a physical beast and see what happens
@DroneStrike this. my father couldn't quit for me when i was a toddler and my mom kicked his ass to the curb
had to do it for him
I feel tho...
Yes sir
I’m high everyday on different drugs and do not plan on quitting. But I’m in control
The same thing that made me drink this time...
What if it comes back out
And i snap
It’s about moderation and doing different types of drugs and not just 1 consistently
Again
Day at a time rick
Dont future fuck yourself
use working out and getting ripped as a coping mechanism instead of drinking
better a torn muscle than 2 weeks of binge drinking.
I've been to rehab been to the hospital
You just take it one day at a time
Because who decides to do this over and over?
You decide to do this over and over
Don't think about tomorrow and not yesterday
No one else does it for you
You are not automated to do over and over
Who remembers sober me? Besides @CloseDanger and numbers
You seemed really cool when i joined the old server
i looked up to you as a modbro
Thank you but never look up to me
You have to face the truth that you just can't do it forever. Eventually you'll have to stop. Why not make it right at this moment?
I think you can get a copy of the AA bk without going to meetings
Save that monies for tendies
Check out SMART recovery if you're not as religious
Honestly how is alcohol legal
ill never understand why AA is so religious
It's insane
