It's flagged as UK Military.

Swift Air operates a VIP charter & freight operation.

Seems a little odd that the UK is using a US charter operator rather than a UK one.

This should be the correct orientation of the Q Picture drop of the F-15's because of the airframe and wingtip marker lights are red which should be on left side. This means Q's picture has to be a mirror image. Just saying
