^^ Src of weird radar claim. You can get more context from that tweet and there's another video of it. They claim weird activity in LA and Ca/Mex border that wasn't going on elsewhere in the country.

Just saw 3 blackhawks (I think) fly over my house, NE to SW in Deschutes County, OR.
