I recommend putting some Christmas Music on.. and doing some shadow boxing.. then jump rope.. a little stretch bands.. jog in place.. it's a work out..

@Socrates have you considered martial arts?
I did that for a number of years and it kept me trim, but more importantly increased my flexibility and balance like you wouldn’t believe.
