So what x22 is referring to in that vid is the Q posts containing Done in 30, and since we're hitting the 30 day mark soon, he's assuming Trump can enable permanent layoffs. He mentions government RIF, reduction in force. Apparently if the guidlines are followed, he can pull it off. Interesting to think, and of course speculate, that the shutdown could have been about more than just the wall. Fun dig
