Planned Parenthood can be defeated.
We filed an amicus brief, helping win a major case that will allow states to defund Planned Parenthood - a shocking defeat for the abortion giant. We're already showing other states how to do it.
In fact, we beat New York City on abortion in New York.
Our legal team was just in New York - where abortion was expanded until birth - arguing directly against the abortion industry's targeting of pro-life pregnancy centers. And we won.
New York City caved, withdrawing its case.
Today we are taking legal action against New York over its abortion-through-birth law and refusal to comply with our records demands - the first step toward a possible lawsuit.
We're also preparing to file a new amicus brief to defend a rule that will defund millions from Planned Parenthood. We're preparing a critical Supreme Court amicus brief in one of the biggest abortion cases in years.
