@Genie West dont worry, I understand... I was once studying for pharmacutical engineering. Out of all the drugs, diphenhydramine is one of the first few generation of antihistamines which are suprisingly effective, but do have their side effects like drowsiness... but if its a must, i would definatly stay away from all the rest, and just take one or two capsules of Benadryl only, if you had to / emergencies. But so glad to hear that you rocking it all natural. i ended up reversing liver damage with Milk Thistle
