@CH3TN!K Lol. Benadryl is my enemy unless taken by drip. I tend to stay away from meds. Gargling with thieves oil. Because chemo wrecked my immune system, I seldom have a fever. Today I do. Even when I had the flu, no fever.

@Genie West dont worry, I understand... I was once studying for pharmacutical engineering. Out of all the drugs, diphenhydramine is one of the first few generation of antihistamines which are suprisingly effective, but do have their side effects like drowsiness... but if its a must, i would definatly stay away from all the rest, and just take one or two capsules of Benadryl only, if you had to / emergencies. But so glad to hear that you rocking it all natural. i ended up reversing liver damage with Milk Thistle

@Genie West Not at all! it has that effect in some people, for most, only at high doses. But there are also the same examples available for a small group of people who take stimulants like Adderal and report drowsiness, or opiates for pain managment, and report hyper like behaviour like talkedness. That's not as uncommon as I used to think. But, two supplements that you should check with your doc of its ok for you to take, would be Quercetin and Butterbar... they have VERY promising anti-histamine responses being witnessed in humans

and are both 100% natural & available anywhere that sell supplements & minerals
