I just emailed a high profile trial attorney re: a class action lawsuit against the State of California, Jerry Brown, et al. My sister is in a very unhealthy homeless shelter, she's low-income so can have court costs waived by filing pro se, and Brown has made this a sanctuary state for illegal aliens and MS-13. There are many in Cali. Also, citizens who've lost their jobs due to companies fleeing Cali because of regulations, high housing costs, have standing as well. Will let y'all know what he says. 😃
