Running an idea tru. What do you think of a electronic voter ID similar to an atm type card but with a photo, you can vote on an atm get a slip with your cast vote (with its own id code but only an anon id of the user) the entire role of votes list is published in a gov website, if you have your unique id and vote receipt and it doesn't match the published result you can present an anonymous complaint to the comission and have it corrected. this imediately cuts down any bs with vote machines being messed with. And you can keep maybe the voting going for an extra day and still maintain paper votes for verification, while having a real time count and less hardware involvement, less time in line waiting to vote. PS: no i havent just making it all nice D3m0 :b
It's a good concept that requires flushing out, The publishing security would be a point of focus imo. 😉
i have a more fleshed out idea, just throwing the concept out there. There are some privacy concerns dpending on implementation. I've been thinking of it for use here in my neck of the pond.

The advantage is it decentralizes so people can be more involved and it uses already existing infrastructure. if we can pay bills like that here i'm sure it can work for voting. We have citizens electronic id here in Europe, but i wouldn't use that for this, it would have to be a separate card so people don't get doxed by parties. And there may be a problem with the atm cameras having the timestamp of who voted, but that can work as a benefit to avoid 3rd party use of an id. Just something for the soapbox to mull over. Maybe one of you lovely people in the US can send it to the Big Man in the pale house, 24/7 was talking about a submission of answers directly to the Prez for the next 24h. Reee on Patriots...

Yeah i agree @Badgergirl it is hard to tell. People post links here that just don't fit with what we are talking about here. If u scroll up a few posts you might spot one i'm referring to.
It was bad here last week. People were posting things non stop filling up the entire chat and it just seemed like they were purposley doing it so you can't keep up with the chat and/or to rank up faster
