So, all this geoengineering was proposed to stop or retard global warning. There is no real scientific basis for global warming, and yet we trying to stop something that does not exist. History has shown that warming climate is easier to deal with, rather cooling. The little ice age caused famine and diseases. A 1/3 of Europe died. The weather was much warming during Roman Empire and they did quite well. I do not believe we should not develop strategies fight global warning, especially geoengineering. However, the skeptic in me questions the impact of Chemtrails. The chemical involved seem to be inert.
