With The events that will transpire this year and coming months, organizing the anon community to assist in coming waves of "Normies"- (well meaning people that are (non directed) truth seekers.) is a long road.
Organization Is A difficult task given the quantity of both people and amount of information.
*note on server activity* While some members of this community are active 24/7 some are not around as often but equally valuable in the content they share or produce.
Creating a Volunteer Force to further organize the server with specific people set to specific rooms on a regular basis can be difficult as the activity of maintaining relevance much more resembles baking on the boards and creating "fresh Breads" or curating content. It requires spreadsheets with daily, hourly, and weekly scheduling for volunteer members... are there enough people willing to commit to make it work 24/7? Who are they? What hours do they work who are they handing off too?
While some members have patience for this sort of activity others simply don't.
*note on server activity* Some may be great @ a topic but burn out. Some may argue on who is best @ a certain topic or format in a section. Peoples Focuses vary wildly.
With new people "normies" arriving daily, many are simply seeking further info on their interests. Creating what you would want to see in terms of organization on this server as if you were a new person to it is possible. To create a better server will require self sacrifice, patience, time scheduling, and a focus on how to hand off the management of the data. In the end this is your server Pam created it with that in mind, we can make it anything we want, you don't need to ask for an endorsement from pam to organize faster, smarter, or stronger. All you need to do is group your efforts and make it happen.
