Trump froze out the Freedom Caucus for a year while he made overtures to the Dems to encourage them to pass legislation where they believed they were getting a win. This did not endear them to their base. The Dems are powerless...yet still, both Sarah yesterday and Trump himself today repeat calls to the Dems to help solve the border crisis, which they refuse to do...further alienating them from their base...while simultaneously making plays to the middle to be reasonable on mj legalization, social issues. Then picking up luminaries that further erode the Left's base...making them ask, "Does Kanye have a point?" Meanwhile, the ARM will twist... the Freedom Caucus' purity on conservative values can never be put in play because they don't have the numbers...unless... Ryan comes down and Jim Jordan or Scalise is installed. Who gets to bring things to the floor? The Speaker has massive control over what gets done and is ... #3 ... in line to the Presidency. These all line up in my book. I think what we see next are about 5 things at once; bewilder the MSM with anti-Trump stories that they bask in (Manafort & more) while the hammer drops. Congress is looking at this report and realizing all of their communications are on the table; private, deleted, everything. The Freedom Caucus, a tiny marginalized group of tea party patriot types, they are about to turn out the moneychangers with a thong whip.
