As Crazy as this sounds, if anyone wants to look into any protection or end of world prepping... I suggest "Zert" they have a lot of experienced professionals. I am a member but I doubt they know who I am anymore. I stay a member because they are too good of a vault of knowledge to give up. They are base out of Las Vegas..... I know it sounds weird but some of these guys are tier 3 guys.
